Rocker brackets. Sometimes it is a good idea to make some extra parts.
Rocker brackets on top of the cylinder head and timing gears.
Finished timing gears. Note the small slot in each gear.
Cylinder head with bronze valve guides and valves in Place.
It is small and then there are sixteen of them.
It's hard to get good Sharp photos.
Next will be the springs and valve retainers.
Rockers. Al 16 is made by now.
The rockers after blackening process. The length is approximately 15 mm. The internal diameter of the bronze bearing is 2.4 mm.

I have also owned a 135 for almost 25 years they are a superbly built machine, I am now semi retired and hopefully will overhaul the 135 also.
